Welcome to Bahrain Training Institute.

BTI opens its door to everyone who is willing to be trained for personal or career growth. BTI is committed to broaden your knowledge and skills and nurture you as individuals who are ready to serve the community and the country.

During my tenure as the Director General, my goal is to uphold to training excellence. While it is understood that the industries surrounding the country continue to experience rapid change with technology and practices, BTI strives to deal with these changes. .

In support of the Bahrain’s 2030 vision, BTI is initiating educational or training reforms in order to produce competitive human resources. We maintain linkage with several international awarding bodies and industry partners. We pursue new programmes that are aligned with the labour market needs. We work towards quality assurance. We provide all opportunities for the trainees to improve their proficiency not just in English but in other fields of discipline. We enrich training for the staff. We continue to further our efforts to ensure that we are at par with other developing vocational institutes and we strive to train graduates with technical expertise.

We will carry on the tradition of training excellence as embodied in our vision and mission.
