Photography training for “RAP” Summer Camp participants at BTI

In collaboration with the Royal Academy of Police (RAP), Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) organized a creative training workshop titled ‘Professional Photography-Capturing” for participants of the 10th summer camp of the Royal Academy of Police (RAP).
The photography workshop was presented by Mr. Sam Ragendran from Canon Company and Mr. Abdullah Hamadah, an Education Specialist from BTI, with an aim to train participants on capturing professional photos from different angles. Participants were also introduced to the proper and professional way of using cameras in addition to the different types of cameras, lenses as well as the other components and their functions.
The workshop covered several topics, most importantly: types of photography, camera working mechanism, introduction to types of cameras, light types and sources, fundamental rules of creating a photo, focus points, introduction to types of lenses and accessories, light contrast concepts and how to use the shutter and the light gauge.
At the end of the workshop, the RAP participants were encouraged to develop and show their photography creativity by competing to capture the best photograph at Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Automotive Technology Laboratory, which was founded at BTI with a contribution from Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Company.
The workshop is a part of the summer camp activities that will be concluded on the 5th of August 2018.
