Witnessing participation of major companies BTI Career Week 2019 launched next March

Witnessing participation of major companies BTI Career Week 2019 launched next March

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Education Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Naimi, Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) organized the Career Week 2019 middle of March 2019. This year’s exhibition would witness the participation of major public and private sector institutions and companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and would be held during the period 12th to 14th March 2019.

BTI Director General Dr. Samah Al Ajjawi said that "BTI is keen to organize the Career Week on an annual basis as it is one of the most important events that attracts a large number of public and private sector companies and institutions in the Kingdom of Bahrain”.
“The importance of the exhibition in that is a vital platform that provides job seekers and BTI trainees and graduates an opportunity to view the employment opportunities available in the companies participating in the event” explained Director General and added "the Career Week provides its visitors an opportunity to learn about the requirements and needs of the labor market and communicate directly with the companies and institutions participating in the event."
For her part , Head of the On-Job Training division Ms. Qabila Al Shahabi, who is also chairing the organizing committee of the Career Week, said that “the committee received various requests from a number of major companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the Career Week" adding that several companies have already confirmed their participation; these are: the Gulf Petrochemical Industries Co. (GPIC ), the National Initiative for Agricultural Development (NIAD), the Economic Development Board (EDB), YK Almoayed & Sons, Tamkeen and Tatweer Petroleum".
“The participating companies are representing a wide range of the productive sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain” said Ms. Al Shahabi and added that “the Career Week may provide these companies the opportunity to reach job seekers with different professional experiences, who received high quality training that made them the best choice in the labour market”.
The Career Week 2019 will be held at Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) premises in Isa Town on 12th – 14th March 2019 from 9 am to 2 pm.
