University graduates enhance their opportunities in the labor market at BTI

Several programs provided by Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) are witnessing a huge demand from graduates of various universities in the Kingdom of Bahrain, who join the Institute aiming to enhance their opportunities at the labour market, by getting professional training that is consistent with the requirements of the labor market. Impressions of a number of these students are listed below:

Abdul Qadir Wadih Al Arabi, a trainee at the IT Academy, joined the Network Management Program, after obtaining a bachelor degree from one of the private universities in Bahrain in 2013.

“Upon joining the world of work, I realized the increasing demand for BTI graduates who were distinctive at the workplace” Abdul Qader said, who knew about the high level of BTI qualifications and the international accreditations of its certificates from highly prestigious international institutions such as BETC.

“By joining the Institute, I realized the distinctiveness of its training services and facilities, in addition to the the high level of professionalism of its trainees” Abdul Qadir added.

Reliable training programs

Rashid Mahmoud Ismail, a BTI trainee who joined the National Diploma Program in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, confirmed that he joined BTI after obtaining a bachelor degree in business administration from a private university in Bahrain.
Rashid’s decision to join BTI was based on the great demand of the labour market on BTI graduates, their distinctiveness, and the high accreditation of BTI qualifications. In addition to that, Rashid realized the focus of BTI training on practical aspects, which facilitates the engagement of its graduates in the work environment.

Zainab Ahmed Mohammed, a Civil Engineering trainee indicated that she has a bachelor degree in accounting from a Bahraini university, but decided to join BTI seeking better opportunities at the labor market.

"Training at BTI enhances my chances at the labour market to increase and get better job opportunities, due to the international accreditation of BTI qualifications, the focus of its programs on practical aspects, which prepares graduates to easily join the world of work and provides them with the skills and expertise required in the labor market” Zainab said.
