“Modern Secretarial Skills and Advanced Office Management” training at BTI

The Institution Training Section (ITS) at Bahrain Training Institute (BTI) organized a training short course on "Excellence in Modern Secretarial Skills and Advanced Office Management", for staff of the Secretariat General for Youth and Sports as well as staff of the Ministry of Education.
The short course was held with the aim of providing participants with modern concepts of secretarial and office management tasks, introducing them to the duties and responsibilities of secretaries and office managers, in addition to refining their administrative, technical and professional skills, increasing their work effectiveness and quality.
The topics presented at the course included: the concept of secretarial work, its types and scope, in addition to various skills needed by secretaries and office managers such as: organizational skills for meeting, managerial reports writing skills, in addition to skills of classification, numbering and indexing of archives, and problem solving and dealing with others skills.
