BTI, ASRY forge MOU for staff training

Bahrain Training Institute is expected to continue its ties with Arab Company for Shipbuilding and Repair Yard to provide training among its staff. Dr. Fawzi Al Jowder, director general of BTI and the Sheikh Duaij Bin Mohammed bin Daij bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the human resources director of ASRY signed a memorandum of understanding for the implementation of a training programme in National Certificate in Marine Engineering. The programme is intended to develop the skills of the trainee-staff.

BTI and ASRY pledged their commitment to achieve the objectives set in the MOU. The collaboration is part of the series of agreements signed by both parties.

Present during the signing of MOU were Nabeel Khonji, talent management department head, ASRY; Mohammed Abukabeer, head and Sana Kooheji, training consultant of Corporate Training Centre.
