HE Education Minister briefed on the development programmes of MUB-RCSI

His Excellency, Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Higher Education Council, received in his office at the Ministry's Court in Isa Town, Professor Sameer Otoom, President of Medical University of Bahrain (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI)).

They discussed the development programmes undertaken by the university and briefed on the new programmes to meet the medical needs. They also discussed aspects of cooperation with King Hamad University Hospital regarding research at the hospital's National Oncology Centre. They also reviewed the most notable achievements of the university students especially those who obtained opportunity to do clinical training in the United States.

Also present was Scientific Research Director, Dr. Farzana Al-Maraghi.
